A little bit about Yoga Day USA

Yoga Day is the perfect opportunity for all levels: those new to yoga, from flexible to inflexible to die hard yogis. If you are new to yoga, you don’t have to stand on your head or be flexible; you don’t even have to touch your toes. If you’re a veteran, you can try different styles and different instructors.

Come alone, bring a friend or with a group. Enjoy the day and learn something new.

Plenty of opportunities to talk with yoga professionals and shop at the Yoga Marketplace.
