Return Policy

We're sorry for any inconvenience if you've found it necessary to return an item. We individually inspect each item for quality prior to shipment. Due to the hand-made nature of our products, slight imperfections are to be anticipated and appreciated. However, it is quite easy to return an item:

1. Choose a carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
2. Please wrap your package securely, enclosing a copy of the invoice with the item, AND a letter of explanation why you are returning your purchase.
3. Attach "Your Own Label" and return it via any carrier of your choice. Using this option, you pay for the return postage at that carrier.

Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your refund, credit your charge card, or issue a merchandise credit. You may exchange, replace, or return for refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) any item that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged within 10 business days of original purchase. We will exchange, or issue a merchandise credit for the current selling price (excluding shipping and handling charges), any item that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged after 10 business days of original purchase.

You may exchange, replace, or return for refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) any item that is unworn, or unaltered within 10 business days of original purchase.

After 10 business days of original purchase there will be no refund of purchase.

Shipping Policy

We at Natural-Mystique.com want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Phone orders are shipped once payment is processed.

The shipping choices are listed below. Orders received by 3 PM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders are normally shipped via USPS Ground, 5 - 10 business days anywhere within the continental United States at approximately $5.99 – $10.79 for the first item, add $1 per each additional item.

Priority Shipping via USPS, 3 - 5 business days average anywhere in the USA Approximately $13.95 for the first item, add $1 per each additional item.

Please note:   Natural-Mystique.com reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense.

Natural-Mystique.com is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

Tracking Your Packages
