Have you ever taken the time to watch Ratatouille. It’s a brilliant animation that was first introduced in theatres in 2007. I always wondered how Remy made that rendition of Ratatouille that made Anton Ego slip back to his childhood for a brief moment… now I know why.
We always used to have B.Y.O.D (bring your own dish) to work day and a co-worker of mine used to bring the Sumi Salad. She gave me a copy of the recipe, so now I’m sharing this delicious Asian salad with you. It’s not fattening and it has lots of raw delectable veggies included. For all you vegetarians and veggie lovers out there – Knock yourself out.
