We always used to have B.Y.O.D (bring your own dish) to work day and a co-worker of mine used to bring the Sumi Salad. She gave me a copy of the recipe, so now I’m sharing this delicious Asian salad with you. It’s not fattening and it has lots of raw delectable veggies included.
